Product Engineer

Manpower Permanent Professional è alla ricerca di un Product Engineer per un’importante realtà industriale del territorio vicentino, operante a livello internazionale nel settore della progettazione e produzione di sistemi di pompaggio.
La figura sarà inserita nel team di ingegneria EMEA e avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e varianti, contribuendo al rafforzamento della competitività aziendale. Il focus principale sarà sulla progettazione di pompe, con responsabilità diretta su uno o più progetti, molti dei quali destinati alla produzione estera.
Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in ingegneria meccanica (o affini), ha maturato almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza in ambito progettazione tecnica e conosce strumenti come CAD-CAE, DFMEA, DVP&R. È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e familiarità con i processi produttivi (fusione, lavorazione, stampaggio).
Tra le attività previste:
- Definizione e rilascio di disegni tecnici e specifiche
- Gestione delle modifiche progettuali e delle varianti
- Collaborazione con team internazionali e reparti interni (Produzione, Qualità, Vendite)
- Supporto alla conformità normativa (IEC, ATEX, sicurezza, efficienza energetica)
- Partecipazione all’analisi competitiva e alla documentazione tecnica (DFMEA, DVP&R)
Completano il profilo: precisione, affidabilità, capacità organizzativa, attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving.
Contratto: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, con inquadramento previsto in base all’esperienza. Il contratto prevede 13 mensilità, welfare aziendale e premi di risultato.
