Head of Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting

La persona, rispondendo direttamente al CFO, si occuperà in particolar modo di:

- Redigere il Bilancio Consolidato di gruppo, in conformità ai principi ITA GAAP
- Predisporre le relazioni infrannuali consolidate per il consiglio di amministrazione.
- Coordinare le chiusure e scadenze delle legal entities locali, relazionandosi direttamente con i Finance Director
- Rapportarsi con i revisori del Gruppo.
- Predisporre le Policies di Gruppo fungendo da punto focale per tutte le consociate;
- Sviluppare e ottimizzare il software di Consolidato.
- Predisporre analisi di cash flow storico e previsionale.
- Supportare il CFO nelle operazioni di M&A e nelle successive due diligence finanziarie, fiscali e legali
- Supportare nelle attività post closing, con particolare riferimento all'integrazione delle società acquisite.
- Supportare il CFO in tutte le attività strategiche per il Gruppo.

- Laurea in Economia e Commercio
- Esperienza in Big 4 , preferibilmente almeno 4 anni.
- Esperienza in aziende produttive di grandi dimensioni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta.
- Disponibile a trasferte (estero), che cuberanno circa il 15%,
