Multi-site people partner

Cell biologists to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment. Lead key HR processes including performance, talent management, payroll & compensation planning, onboarding, hiring, training & development new manager assimilation etc. Partner with Country farmhouse hours / supplier to align on and execute relevant HR projects or initiatives as needed across multiple client groups at the two sites. Provide guidance and leadership for all union/works council relations and ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved. Ensure all HR matters are handled fairly and consistently with local laws and regulations and our company compliance regulations. Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care. Overall responsibility includes communication responsibility of the sites. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in a Human Resources related area. Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in a client support HR role preferably in an industry environment. At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources client support role.ต้อง히리.
