E-Work e-work SpA ricerca, per un'importante realtà del settore logistico , una risorsa da inserire in stage formativo nell'area Ops Road & Rails . La risorsa sarà formata e affiancata dal team operativo nelle attività di disposizione trasporti , con l'obiettivo di acquisire competenze pratiche nel settore della logistica intermodale e delle spedizioni import/export , in particolare da e per la Germania. La risorsa sarà formata per: la gestione operativa dei rapporti con i trasportatori ; il supporto alle attività di pianificazione e supervisione dei trasporti giornalieri ; l'analisi e l'ottimizzazione di carichi e rotte in ottica di efficienza e riduzione dei costi; il monitoraggio delle spedizioni e la gestione degli imprevisti operativi (ritardi, criticità tecniche); la collaborazione con i team Operations, Finance e Quality per il rispetto degli standard di servizio; l'utilizzo di Excel e strumenti di reportistica per il monitoraggio dei principali KPI logistici . Requisiti: Diploma o laurea (preferibilmente in ambito logistico, economico o affine); Interesse concreto per il settore logistico e dei trasporti ; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ; Conoscenza base di Excel ; Precisione, capacità organizzative e attitudine al lavoro in team. Si offre: Stage formativo della durata di 6 mesi Rimborso spese di 800€ + ticket da 8€ Percorso di formazione strutturato e affiancamento continuo .
