About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to turn our vision into reality by building and scaling the platform. As a team with deep expertise in AI research, we’ve designed the solution's core framework and need a passionate, experienced engineer to drive the development and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Innovation: Go beyond the current state of the art and build truly innovative solutions with real-world impact.
- Scientific Research: Design novel techniques worth of being published at top-tier conferences in the field (e.g., AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, IJCAI, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.).
- Tech Development: Develop and implement solutions based on state-of-the-art techniques, including the latest advancements in LLMs.
- Product Development: Engage in the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions.
- Scalability and Performance: Ensure that the platform architecture is robust, scalable, and secure to meet the growing needs of our enterprise clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure cohesive strategy and execution in a research-driven startup.

Preferred Qualifications

- 4+ years of Python development.
- 1+ years of training, fine-tuning, and/or evaluating LLMs.
- 1+ years of working with (multilingual) NLP models.
- Strong background in software engineering, with a deep understanding of SaaS architectures and cloud technologies.
- Excellent team-building skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Papers at top-tier conferences in the field (e.g., AAAI, ACL, EMNLP, IJCAI, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc.).

Compensation

- Gross salary: 80.000 – 100.000 USD
