Valmont Solar , a global leader in solar tracker technology, is looking for a

Site Specialist .

In the context of the project management team and reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Specialist coordinates the requisitioning of the portion of work assigned project areas in accordance with Company’s QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), construction needs, schedule and budget.

Essential Functions

Contributes to schedule preparation, actively controls schedule execution and proposes corrective actions when needed.

Ensures coordination of interfaces with construction and partners.

Ensures implementation of technical specification and scope of work of construction activities, including Commissioning and POT execution.

Represents the company towards clients, partners, subcontractors, and third parties for technical subjects and may contribute by reporting information or suggestion to Project Manager.

Attends daily meeting with the clients, partners, subcontractors and stakeholders aired by the client.

Ensures request of Work Order, Purchase Request and Service Entry.

Cooperates to document control and internal archive follow up.

Qualifications

Technical Diploma

Strong problem‑solving attitude

Communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage complexity

Stress resistance and resilience

Ability to read and execute technical drawings

Availability to travel for missions or for long periods

Good knowledge of English is a plus

Computer knowledge: main IT tools (Office); CAD is a plus

Position : Full‑time
