Employee - Lionard Luxury Real Estate, a leading company in the prestigious real estate sector, is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Finance team. With 2–3 years of experience, the candidate will support management control activities and contribute to monitoring business performance within an international and dynamic environment.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis;
- Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing financial data;
- Producing periodic reports to support management decisions;
- Collaborating with the Finance team on monthly and quarterly closings;
- Taking part in process optimization projects and the implementation of digital tools.

Requirements
The ideal Financial Controller has:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines;
- 2–3 years of experience in management control, auditing, or accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and, preferably, ERP and Business Intelligence systems;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Accuracy, analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.
