EXP Legal – International Law & Tax Firm is looking to appoint a Counsel to join and further develop its Corporate & Commercial practice in the Rome office.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with a strong background in corporate, commercial, and M&A transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and the ability to manage matters autonomously. An existing client base or a well‑established professional network will be considered a strong asset.
We are seeking a professional with:
solid technical expertise combined with business awareness;
a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to client development;
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a collaborative, international team.
The role offers the opportunity to take an active and visible position within the Rome office, contributing to the consolidation and growth of the practice, while working closely with colleagues across EXP Legal’s international platform.
