Il Finance and Tax Manager, a riporto del CFO, sarà responsabile di coordinare attività finanziarie strategiche ed operative, garantendo la conformità normativa e il supporto alle decisioni aziendali. In dettaglio, si occuperà di:

- Analisi e gestione dei bilanci (stand alone, consolidati, istituzionali e di società controllate).

- Supervisione dei processi contabili e fiscali in collaborazione con il team.

- Coordinamento delle attività amministrative e fiscali, incluso4.0, crediti d'imposta per sviluppo e operazioni nel settore energia e gas.

- Gestione di progetti di finanza agevolata, transizione industria 5.0 e operazioni di M&A.

- Interfaccia costante con il Head of Controlling e supporto alle funzioni strategiche.

- Supervisione dell'ufficio fornitori e clienti.

Competenze ed esperienza

Requisiti

- Laurea in Economia

- MBA, preferibile

- 7/8 anni di esperienza consolidata in ruoli analoghi

- Conoscenza approfondita di SAP e/o Tagetik

- Competenze amministrative, bilancistiche e fiscali (es. Tax 4.0, 5.0, crediti d'imposta)

- Capacità di gestione di team e coordinamento di processi complessi

- Ottime doti analitiche e relazionali

La figura coordinerà, il team accounting e quello fiscale oltre all'ufficio fornitori e clienti.
