Job description

Mangia’s Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Operation Manager. The role offers the opportunity toEnsure seamless daily operations across key departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Services), upholding Mangia’s brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operational activities, optimizing workflows and resource allocation
- Monitor service, quality, and efficiency KPIs, implementing corrective actions where needed
- Support the General Manager in strategic planning and achieving performance targets
- Lead department teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and continuous development
- Manage VIP guest relations and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
- Maintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints of the guest journey
- Contribute to brand consistency and operational excellence through cross-departmental coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within upscale or luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-driven mindset
- In-depth knowledge of Rooms and F&B operations;
management background preferred
- Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with PMS systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach
