Di cosa abbiamo bisogno?
Stiamo cercando un/a Front Desk Manager che condivida i nostri valori: accoglienza, passione, e il desiderio di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa.
Cosa farai con noi?
Come Responsabile del Front Office, sarai la persona incaricata di guidare il team di Front Office e di garantire che i nostri ospiti vivano un’esperienza indimenticabile dal loro arrivo fino alla partenza. Tra le tue principali responsabilità rientrano:
- Garantire il rispetto del Manuale Operativo e degli standard di Room Mate Hotels.
- Pianificare la gestione del reparto e coordinare il team (15 persone) per offrire un servizio eccellente.
- Tenere informati i membri del team su occupazione, arrivi, partenze ed eventi della giornata.
- Supervisionare la corretta assegnazione delle camere e il coordinamento con i reparti Housekeeping e Manutenzione.
- Redigere i turni di lavoro, pianificare ferie, assenze e permessi del personale.
- Verificare le chiusure e i conteggi giornalieri, nonché i risultati di audit e ispezioni.
- Gestire imprevisti, overbooking e scostamenti in collaborazione con i reparti Revenue e Prenotazioni.
- Formare e motivare il team sull’accoglienza clienti, sui protocolli di emergenza e sugli standard di qualità.
- Assicurare il corretto mantenimento dell’area di lavoro, l’uso appropriato delle attrezzature e il controllo dei materiali.
- Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni operative con gli altri responsabili di reparto.
Chi stiamo cercando?
Cerchiamo una persona con DNA Roomie: divertente, coraggiosa, impegnata nel proprio contesto e appassionata nell’offrire un servizio autentico e vicino all’ospite.
Inoltre:
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni nel ruolo di Responsabile del Front Office in strutture 4 stelle o superiori.
- Conoscenza avanzata del PMS Opera/Opera Cloud e degli strumenti di gestione alberghiera.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (altre lingue saranno considerate un plus).
- Spiccate capacità di leadership, comunicazione e gestione delle criticità.
- Passione per i dettagli, forte orientamento all’ospite e atteggiamento proattivo.
Cosa offriamo?
- Contratto stabile a tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali).
