Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Export & Business Assistant, based in the Greater Rome Metropolitan Area. The role includes a combination of in-office and remote work. The individual will support export operations and business activities, maintain communication with clients and partners, assist with administrative tasks, coordinate shipments, and handle documentation processes. The position involves ensuring a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
Support export team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
Assist in communicating with clients, suppliers, and partners
Prepare and organize documents, records, and reports
Track tasks, deadlines, and communication activities
Support commercial activities and internal coordination
Help improve organization systems and workflows

Requirements
Must-Have
Based in

Rome

(or able to commute regularly)
Spanish speaker (required)
Strong communication skills
Strong “community mindset” (relationship-building, networking, social confidence)
Preferred
English (good level)
Any additional language is a plus
Basic skills in Google Workspace / Excel

Experience
Experience is NOT required
Training will be provided
