This newly created role will support business development efforts across the Balkan region and the Italian market.Act as the technical expert for ETAP solutions, supporting sales engagements with in-depth product knowledge. Deliver compelling, technically sound presentations and live demonstrations to clients and partners Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor ETAP solutions accordingly. Support strategic discussions and technical evaluations to strengthen ETAP’s market positioning.**Key Responsibilities*** Act as the technical expert for ETAP solutions during sales engagements.* Deliver engaging product presentations and live demonstrations to clients and partners.* Understand client needs and tailor ETAP solutions to meet specific operational challenges.* Support strategic discussions and technical evaluations to strengthen market positioning.**Essential Requirements*** Electrical Engineer with experience in technical sales ideally within energy or industrial software.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.* Willingness to travel across Italy and the Balkan region.**Desired Skills*** Impact: Ability to influence client decisions through clear technical insight.* Aspiration: A proactive mindset with a drive to grow and innovate.* Curiosity: Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.* Trust: Builds strong relationships through reliability and transparency.* Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages (Balkan languages) are a plus.**ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
