HSPI opens its doors to recent STEM graduates.

HSPI offers its clients services in Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation.

If you have a theoretical understanding of these topics and wish to understand how they are applied in the world of work, send your application and you will have the opportunity to participate in an #Assessmentday session

After completing the selection process, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the Rome area and at HSPI's Rome office, taking on one of the following professional roles:
Project Management Consultant: plans, manages, and monitors projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within time and budget constraints.
IT Governance Consultant: defines processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives through digital leverage.
Business Analyst: analyzes business objectives and processes, identifying organizational and technological solutions for business innovation and improving corporate efficiency.

Project Management Officer (PMO): supports project governance activities, ensuring progress monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and proper management of project documentation.

What technical requirements should you have?

Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (such as Management Engineering, Economics and Management, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good knowledge of the English language.

What soft skills should you possess?

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
Teamworking ability;
Goal orientation, precision, and attention to detail.
