ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are seeking a motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join our Plant in Barberini (PE) as a Quality Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of the Quality Management System, Procedures (PQ), and Operating Instructions (IST), ensuring compliance with the UNI standard EN ISO 9001:2015. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Implementing new regulatory standards and updating the system accordingly; - Disseminating and promoting system standards within departments; - Protocoling and integrating establishment procedures and instructions into the system; - Evaluating risks and opportunities within the business context; - Coordinating and monitoring system activities across departments; - Preparing, executing, and following up on internal audits; - Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards; - Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement; - Applying quality problem-solving methods. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE - An Engineering degree - 1-3 years of experience - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; flexibility - Experience studying or working abroad is a plus - Fluent in English WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
