LHH Per azienda cliente, primaria società di consulenza, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Senior Consultant / Manager ? Restructuring e Turnaround.
Responsibilities La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Elaborare piani industriali e piani economico-finanziari in contesti di riorganizzazione aziendale o ristrutturazione del debito. Partecipare ad attività di advisory connesse a servizi di Operational e Commercial Due Diligence e Independent Business Review (IBR). Condurre progetti di Debt Advisory, aiutando le aziende a gestire e ristrutturare il proprio debito. Fornire consulenza strategica e operativa ai clienti in situazioni di crisi, aiutandoli a identificare e implementare soluzioni per il risanamento. Gestire i processi di ristrutturazione, coordinando le diverse attività e interagendo con i vari stakeholder coinvolti. Supportare le aziende attraverso processi di trasformazione e cambiamento, supportandole nella gestione di operazioni straordinarie.
Your Profile Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Economia e/o discipline affini Almeno 3 anni di esperienza maturata in primarie advisory firm o in boutique di corporate finance Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
Completano il profilo buone doti organizzative, proattività e capacità di lavorare in team.
