Immobildream leader del settore immobiliare per espandere la propria presenza in franchising nella Lombardia, seleziona un Expansion Manager esperto nello sviluppo di reti immobiliari, figura strategica con esperienza nel settore del franchising e capace di guidare la crescita del nostro network.
Obiettivi principali:
-Identificare e reclutare nuovi affiliati per il franchising per la regione Lombardia;
-Gestire l'intero processo di affiliazione
- Fornire supporto agli affiliati per migliorare le loro performance;
-Monitorare il mercato regionale ed individuare nuove opportunità di espansione.
Requisiti richiesti:
-Esperienza documentabile nello sviluppo di reti immobiliari;
-Forte capacità comunicativa e di negoziazione;
-Spiccate doti organizzative di leadership ed orientamento ai risultati;

Al Candidato selezionato offriamo un ottimo trattamento economico euro 7.500,00 per ogni contratto di franchising concluso;
- Provvigioni del 25% sul primo anno sulle royalties pagate dal franchisee;
