Learning & Development Manager

Per rafforzare il team di una società di consulenza in espansione, siamo alla ricerca di una/un Learning & Development Manager che desideri contribuire in modo attivo alla progettazione e allo sviluppo di soluzioni formative ad alto impatto per i clienti della nostra società.

Entrando a far parte del team Learning & Development, avrai l'opportunità di disegnare, strutturare e guidare programmi di sviluppo su misura, rivolti a organizzazioni complesse e a popolazioni manageriali di diverso livello. Il tuo ruolo sarà centrale nel trasformare i bisogni dei clienti in percorsi di apprendimento concreti, coerenti e misurabili, capaci di generare valore nel tempo.

Di cosa ti occuperai

- Analizzare i bisogni di sviluppo dei clienti e tradurli in architetture formative strutturate e coerenti
- Progettare programmi di Learning & Development (leadership, managerial, soft skills, change, ecc.) integrando metodologie innovative e formati blended
- Curare il disegno complessivo dei percorsi, garantendo qualità dei contenuti, efficacia didattica e coerenza con gli obiettivi del cliente
- Collaborare con faculty, formatori e coach, supportandoli nella definizione dei contenuti e della delivery
- Lavorare su KPI di apprendimento e impatto, contribuendo alla definizione di metriche di valutazione e follow-up
- Monitorare feedback e risultati dei programmi, operando in una logica di continuous improvement
- Contribuire allo sviluppo dell'offerta L&D della società attraverso benchmark, trend analysis e nuove proposte progettuali
- Interfacciarti con team interni (commerciale, consulenza, operations) per garantire un'esecuzione fluida ed efficace dei progetti

Chi sei

- Hai maturato una solida esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di programmi di Learning & Development, preferibilmente in contesti consulenziali o corporate
- Sei abituata/o a dialogare con interlocutori di livello manageriale e HR, comprendendone priorità e complessità
- Possiedi forti competenze di project management e una spiccata attenzione alla qualità
- Ti distingui per approccio proattivo, problem solving e capacità di gestire progetti articolati
- Ti trovi a tuo agio in contesti dinamici, in continua evoluzione, dove è richiesto spirito di iniziativa e flessibilità
