Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in hull (steel) works and ideally also in piping?

Do you thrive in fast-paced, international marine and industrial environments?

We’re looking for a driven and flexible Project Manager to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of international hull (steel) and piping projects
- Coordinate teams, materials, and subcontractors on site
- Ensure quality, timelines, budget control, and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Travel across Europe and worldwide for project supervision
- Perform project calculations, planning, and resource management

Requirements:

- Engineering background
- Proven experience in project management (hull/steel works; piping experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of shipyard processes and marine construction
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Availability for frequent travel
