Commercial Director

We are preparing to open a new luxury resort in Larnaca, Cyprus, designed to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience through outstanding service, distinctive experiences, refined accommodation, and a strong connection to the destination. As we prepare to enter the international luxury hospitality market, we are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategically minded Commercial Director to lead the resorts commercial strategy and drive its market positioning, revenue growth, and long-term profitability. The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing the resorts overall commercial strategy, overseeing Sales,Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and commercial partnerships. The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, sales expertise, marketing knowledge, revenue optimisation, market intelligence, and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving room revenue,occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), total resort revenue, market share, and profitability, while protecting the resorts luxury positioning and long-term brand value.
