Quali competenze sono richieste?

- Bilinguismo d'Eccellenza: Conoscenza di Spagnolo e Inglese a livello C2 (mandatorio).

- Esperienza: Familiarità con le dinamiche dell'e-commerce e la gestione di ordini/spedizioni.

- Soft Skills: Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di problem solving.

- Passione: Spiccato interesse e propensione per il mondo del lusso.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

- Gestione di chiamate in entrata in Spagnolo e Inglese.

- Fornire assistenza clienti di alto livello per l'acquisto di beni di lusso.

- Gestire l'intero ciclo di ordini, spedizioni e resi e-commerce.

- Risolvere problemi con un approccio proattivo e orientato al cliente estero.
