In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our paradise island setting.
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort
- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping schedules and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth resort operations
