A leading science & technology trading company specialising in premium health food products is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead our expansion into the Chinese market.

🚀 Position: E-Commerce & Market Expansion Manager (China Focus)
Drive our cross-border success by leading e-commerce operations, supplier sourcing, and logistics—all while ensuring full compliance with Chinese health product regulations.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Operations
- Develop and execute multi-platform e-commerce strategies
- Manage online store setup, product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Track performance metrics: traffic, conversion, retention
Product Launch & Market Entry
- Plan and execute product launches tailored to Chinese consumer trends
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Supplier Sourcing & Management
- Identify and onboard suppliers for health products and packaging
- Negotiate contracts and delivery terms with Chinese vendors
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Design efficient logistics workflows: warehousing, inventory, last-mile delivery
- Partner with 3PLs and cross-border logistics providers
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure products meet CFDA/NMPA standards, labelling, and import documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce and logistics (health products preferred)
- Proven success in launching products in mainland China
- Deep knowledge of Chinese e-commerce platforms and consumer behaviour
- Familiarity with Chinese health product regulations and import laws
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong negotiation, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills
