Role Purpose
We are seeking a Business Controlling Lead to drive the evolution of financial reporting and control processes. This role will directly influence operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through a strong analytical and innovation-oriented approach.
Main Responsibilities
Standardise and automate monthly reporting on Automotive revenues and margins, including non-financial KPIs
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Conduct cost analysis and management control
Deliver strategic insights to senior management
Key Accountabilities
Prepare and present monthly reports on operational and financial KPIs
Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, including external audits
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Product teams on budget and forecast planning
Contribute to margin improvement initiatives
Optimise international financial processes with a focus on automation
Skills and Experience
Strong accounting and financial knowledge
Proven experience in financial planning, control, and analysis
Effective business partnering with senior teams
Positive attitude and ability to influence stakeholders
Minimum of four years’ experience in international environments (Auditing or Consulting background is a plus) Advanced problem-solving capabilities
Technical Requirements
Degree in Economics
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in SAP and Excel
Experience as a Finance Business Partner
Excellent communication and presentation skills
