Our client is a global luxury food brand, the solid market leader in its category with creativity and innovation at the heart of their mission. They’re redefining what’s possible in the high-end food industry, developing innovative products that truly make a difference for people everywhere. As Innovation Director you will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white-space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.
Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability.
Present proposals and progress updates to the Board, influencing future innovation strategy.
Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG in the food industry.
Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.
Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
