Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and maintain regular contact throughout their stay.
- Attend to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to feedback or concerns.
- Assist with travel arrangements, messages, and other guest services.
- Promote hotel outlets, activities, and available offers.
- Maintain accurate guest records, logbooks, and shift handovers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow company standards relating to service, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
