Within the Global Central Function Transformation, we are looking for an
ICT CONTRACT & SOURCING SPECIALIST
Aimed at supporting the ICT Contract & Sourcing Manager, managing vendors and analyzing contract aspects during the phase of provider selection.
Main responsibilities:
1. Ensures support in the definition and management of the contractual deliverables & obligations, coordinates and resolves contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os, defining Key Performance Indicators to measure overall supplier contract compliance and performance;
2. Supports in development, planning, organization, and implementation of IT contracting and IT sourcing strategies and programs to increase operational efficiency and profitability;
3. Contributes to the standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFI, RFP and RFQ documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria;
4. Provides regular interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels, ensuring contract compliance;
5. Ensures support in the resolution of contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os, defining Key Performance Indicators to measure overall supplier contract compliance and performance.
Main requirements:
- University Degree;
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
Location: STEZZANO (Bergamo)
