Within the Leonardo Aircraft Service BU, specifically in the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for a Technical Publications Specialist for our offices in Venegono Superiore and Pomigliano d'Arco. The resource will be involved in the development, management and updating of technical documentation for aircraft in operation. In particular, they will be responsible for drafting, maintaining and reviewing the technical publications falling within their competence, ensuring their compliance with applicable national and international regulations, as well as contractual requirements and planned release times. The resource will also contribute to managing the distribution process of technical documentation to Customers and will provide post-sales support through the analysis and management of reports received regarding issued publications. The role offers the opportunity to operate in a multidisciplinary and highly collaborative context, interfacing with numerous internal and external stakeholders and representing a link between the operational needs of Customers, program requirements and technical-logistical support activities. ## Main Responsibilities
* Drafting and updating Operational and Non-Operational Technical Publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with required standards.
* Interface with company technical departments (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Integrated Logistics Support) for the collection, validation and management of source documentation necessary for the production of Technical Publications;
* Coordination of the Technical Validation process, in collaboration with all involved functions (e.g. Engineering, Flight Operations), ensuring alignment with company plans and correct management of internal and external reports relating to publications;
* Management and production of accompanying documentation for the distribution of Operational Technical Publications, both within the company and to Customers, ensuring completeness, consistency and compliance with contractual requirements;
* Support for planning and monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with milestones and deadlines;
* Preparation of budgeting contributions to support new commercial initiatives or configurational updates of aircraft;
* Active participation in interfunctional technical meetings (ILS Management, Design Engineering, Airworthiness, Production, Operational Support, etc.) to ensure continuous alignment and an integrated vision of activities;
* Participation in the digital innovation streams of the discipline, both from the perspective of new services / products for customers and for the development of new applications for internal use. ### Educational Qualification: Technical diploma in aeronautical or mechanical field (Aeronautical Expert / Mechanical Expert) or alternatively a three-year or master's degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. ### Seniority: Junior/Expert ### Technical

* Knowledge of national and international regulations and standards relating to the production and management of Technical Publications (e.g. AER.
P, ASD S1000D, Series S, MIL‑STD, ATA 100/2200/2300);
* Experience in drafting, reviewing and managing the life cycle of operational and non-operational aeronautical Technical Publications;
* Ability to interface with the various company Technical Functions for the collection, analysis and validation of technical information;
* Excellent ability to read and interpret technical documentation, mechanical drawings, functional and electrical diagrams;
