Il Technical Sales è responsabile delle vendite e della relazione con i clienti per l’area a lui/lei assegnata (Marche).

Garantisce l’attuazione delle politiche commerciali dell’azienda finalizzandole al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di prodotto prefissati.

Gestisce il portafoglio clienti anticipando l’evoluzione della propria zona per assicurare sempre un adeguato livello di copertura del mercato e di penetrazione del potenziale dei clienti.

Riporta gerarchicamente all’Area & Site Manager e collabora attivamente con tutte le figure aziendali di riferimento nella gestione dei Clienti al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita definiti.

Oltre a gestire un portafoglio clienti già consolidato, avrà la responsabilità di ampliarlo, rafforzando la presenza della società nell’area di competenza.

Garantisce un regolare controllo dell’andamento delle vendite in rapporto agli obiettivi del periodo grazie agli strumenti forniti, analizzando gli scostamenti e intervenendo con azioni correttive quando necessario.

Si fa carico di compilare i report visita clienti e aggiornare costantemente i potenziali di acquisto dei clienti sul CRM.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

Titolo di Studio: Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo meccanico o meccatronico

Esperienze in ruoli di funzionario commerciale (agente / venditore) in aziende del settore della componentistica industriale.

Competenze tecniche: conoscenza dei mercati di applicazione delle soluzioni, pianificazione ed esecuzione della attività di vendita, costruzione e mantenimento della relazione coi clienti, monitoraggio risultati vs budget
