Il nostro cliente è un’importante multinazionale specializzata nella realizzazione di sistemi elettromeccanici per l’ambito ferroviario / rail, per potenziare l’organico interno ci ha commissionato la ricerca di un Project Manager.
La figura ricercata avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Redazione della pianificazione del progetto assegnato
- Gestione della commessa interfacciandosi con clienti / fornitori e relazionandosi internamente con gli uffici di competenza (progettazione, validazione qualità, sales, acquisti, pianificazione, produzione)
- Coordinamento del team a livello funzionale
- Gestione, pianificazione e supervisione della documentazione di progetto
- Monitoraggio e controllo del progetto, verificandone periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento delle attività con l'obiettivo di rispettarne i tempi, i costi, la qualità e l'ampiezza
- Aggiornamento delle priorità in funzione delle criticità di progetto
- Meeting con il cliente per la verifica della compatibilità fra soluzione prodotta e contratto tecnico
Siamo alla ricerca di un candidato con le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Laurea in ingegneria o in economia
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli tecnico / gestionali / logistici / pianificazione all’interno di realtà industriali operanti su commessa
- Forte motivazione a una crescita professionale in ambito project management
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
L’inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all’esperienza maturata.
