Experienced Life Sciences Healthcare We are looking for an Experienced professional to join the Life Sciences Strategy, Risk and Regulatory practice in Milan or Rome, who will work in Hybrid mode. The practice supports leading companies in the Life Sciences sector (Pharma, MedTech, Biotech) and organizations in the Healthcare sector in facing strategic-regulatory challenges for the business and in managing specific sector risks (in addition to Business risks, Regulatory, Commercial Compliance, Quality ones). We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and proactive person, with an aptitude for tackling innovative and dynamic projects, capable of contributing to our services in the following areas: Strategy, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial Compliance, Risk Management, Digital Health and Patient Support, Healthcare Solutions. The resource will be involved in complex and innovative projects, taking part in multidisciplinary teams to offer Clients high-value solutions. Selected candidates will be involved in challenging projects at primary companies in the sector, engaged in business development and transformation programs, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Your Role
* The Experienced candidate will be inserted into a work team and will have an important role in:
* Proactively and responsibly managing complex project activities, supporting Seniors and Managers in managing project activities and coordinating the team.
* Operating with increasing autonomy within multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high quality standards in their work and proactively contributing to that of the team.
* Positively influencing clients and stakeholders through a clear, empathetic, and incisive communication style.
* Being an active part in the consolidation of our Life Sciences practice, bringing value thanks to sector knowledge, critical thinking, and systemic vision capacity.

What we offer
The expected remuneration for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 34,000 gross per year for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 37,500 and EUR 41,000 gross per year for the Senior Consultant grade. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or ancillary benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile with respect to the requirements of the position. Winning Requirements
* Master's degree in scientific disciplines (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Engineering) or economic disciplines (e.g., Health Economics) or other relevant related degrees for the role;
* Preferable professional experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare sector or within consulting firms, on target clients in the sector (at least 12 months);
* Strong motivation and interest in working for clients in the Life Sciences sector;
* Dynamism, flexibility, and proactivity
* Excellent level of English
* MS Office package (in particular advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
