What you'll do
- Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
- Help with car rental reservations, booking changes and cancellations.
- Provide information and solutions tailored to customers' travel needs.
- Deliver friendly, professional service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Fluent Italian (C1 or higher) and good English skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
- No previous experience required – full training is provided
