- The unit Group HR Digital Processes is responsible for leading the Group Digital Employee Experience roadmap and contributes to shaping target initiatives within Group People Strategy cycles in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT. Within this scope, we are looking for a Group HR Digital Learning Experience & Solution Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Group HR Digital Processes and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning digital experience and platform. S/he will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead the end-to-end development and management of We Learn, the global learning platform deployed to 88k employees across 40+ countries, driving its continuous evolution and scalability
- Identify and implement areas of improvement of the digital learning experience by embedding AI-enabled solutions, capture market trends, and harmonize evolution requests from internal stakeholders to drive continuous innovation
- Ensure stable platform operations and enabling the delivery of Group lead upskilling / reskilling initiatives (e.g.: 30+ dedicate space for local learning, 250 new skills courses, 300+ Leadership & Management path)
- Act as business partner for the Group Academy department and serving as the primary strategic reference point in the management of strategic projects, managerial training, and learning innovation
- Lead and coordinate a global learning ecosystem across 40+ countries and multiple business units providing expert advice and support to local learning managers in identifying and implementing local digital learning initiatives, ensuring proper local configurations and respect of segregation of duties, keeping always full alignment of Group learning experience guidelines
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders, such as Group product owner, local learning managers, support functions and external partners such as platform vendor, system integrator and other learning partners. The ideal candidate has:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in similar positions for structured / complex organizations or international consultancy firms
- Proven experience of design and implementation of digital Learning platforms and solutions in multinational organizations
- Proven experience of working in international environments and managing multiple projects guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery
- Experience in adopting and integrating innovative technologies, including, but not limited to, Artificial Intelligence and cloud-based HR platforms, to enhance learners’ process and overall digital experience
- Passion for digital transformation, with a track record of leading projects that improve efficiency, user experience, and strategic alignment in HR processes.
- English and Italian full proficiency, other language such as French, German or Spanish is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Office (excel, ppt, word) Soft
