Per primaria multinazionale con diverse appalti legati alla Pubblica Amministrazione in Toscana, Manpower Professional ricerca un Project Enginner.

Che cosa farai?

Riporterai al Project Manager e, in coordinamento con il team, gestirai le attività di progettazione e cantiere in accordo alle tempistiche contrattuali.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

- Ti configuri come referente per il cliente e per i fornitori in accordo ai progetti di riqualificazione affidati.

- Provvederai a redigere e/o verificare le specifiche tecniche di acquisto materiali e servizi.

- Ti occuperai dello scouting dei fornitori e degli expediting.

- Ti assicurerai che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto della normativa tecnica e delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza.

- Verificherai l'andamento del cantiere e certificherai lo stato avanzamento lavori per i progetti di competenza.

- Verificherai la successiva idoneità della riqualificazione effettuata in accordo ai target energetici di progetto.

- Verificherai che tutte le attività vengano svolte nel pieno rispetto della normativa tecnica e delle normative in materia di ambiente e sicurezza.

- Provvederai alla preventivazione e alla contabilizzazione dei lavori e delle attività di manutenzione straordinaria.

- Gestirai il ciclo passivo e attivo su SAP per le attività di propria competenza.

- Sei responsabile dell'emissione, aggiornamento di tutta la documentazione tecnica del progetto.

- Coordinerai il personale tecnico assegnato al contratto e le ditte in subappalto.

- Gestirai l’interfaccia tecnica con le altre funzioni interne all’azienda coinvolte nel progetto.

- Verificherai idoneità degli impianti di protezione elettrica.

- Sarai preposto di cantiere sulla sicurezza.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Energetica/Elettrica o equipollenti;

- Conoscenza delle normative tecniche di settore (CEI);

- Conoscenza delle normative appalti pubblici;

- Conoscenza delle tecniche di governo dei processi, della programmazione e della progettazione;

- Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e delle normative ambientali;

- Esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione e nella contabilità lavori;

- Conoscenza dei sistemi informativi e software (ERP, SIM, CAD, Pacchetto Office, Project);

- Conoscenza e capacità di utilizzo di AutoCAD LT
