Role
We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to drive Lexroom.ai's external growth initiatives across the full AARRR funnel:
Acquisition → Activation → Revenue → Retention → Referral.
Your job is to support and execute high-impact growth projects, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and the Growth Lead. You’ll help design experiments, analyze performance, improve conversion across touchpoints, and build scalable growth loops.
This is a role for someone analytical but also creative, comfortable switching between data, tools, user behavior, and experimentation.
In this role, you will:

Support planning and execution of growth experiments across the funnel
Analyze acquisition channels, product usage, and conversion metrics to identify bottlenecks
Contribute to growth loops, activation flows, and retention initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and messaging
Work with Product and Ops to streamline onboarding, activation and user workflows
Build dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performance
Use no-code/low-code tools to automate parts of the growth stack
Research user insights, run lightweight tests, and validate hypotheses
Help implement scalable mechanisms to improve trial → paid conversion, retention, and referrals

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Growth, Product, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or similar roles
Good understanding of AARRR and funnel optimization principles
Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms (June, Amplitude, GA4), no-code tools, landing page builders
Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and turn them into actions
Basic familiarity with APIs, automation, or scripting (optional but a plus)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Creativity, proactivity, and comfort in fast-paced, iterative environments
Fluency in Italian and English

Our small, entrepreneurial teams are driven by impact and autonomy, allowing you to contribute directly to revolutionising the legal industry.
