Help digitalize the public administration (PA)

As a member of KPMG’s Government team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by personally contributing to the redesign of your country’s public service delivery models, while rapidly developing your skills in a dynamic and highly professional environment.

You will engage daily with the strategic dimensions of public administration, including:

- Developing and implementing digital strategies;
- Redesigning the citizen/user experience;
- Structuring service delivery processes and their supporting information systems;
- Creating performance management frameworks

For our offices in Rome, we are seeking driven and accountable professionals who are eager to change the system. They must be goal-oriented, enthusiastic and highly motivated team players.

Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics

This successful candidate has:

- a degree in business and/or engineering management;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a consulting firm
- Expertise in PMO (Project Management Office), Demand Management, and Process Re-engineering
- Preferable knowledge of the Real Estate sector, with a particular focus on the management of municipal/public real estate assets
