Inspection Coordinator

A manufacturing company is currently recruiting a coordination officer to join their team in Dalmine.
You will be responsible for various coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations between the head office, overseas bases, and subcontractors.
Business level of Italian and English language skill is required.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS :
Eligible visa : Permanent residence, Spouse Visa, Partner Visa
NOT eligible : Working holiday, Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship
VISA SUPPORT : Not available
Contract Type : Permanent (6-months’ probation period)
Salary : up to €36k (including 14th salary) + bonus
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8 : 00-17 : 00 (office based)
Start Date : ASAP
Location : Dalmine (BG) Italy
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating inspection and process control
Quality checking of inspection reports
Communication with headquarters, overseas bases, and subcontractors
Coordinating the timing of factory inspections (FAT) and intermediate inspections
Coordinating delivery dates and shipments
Verifying the consistency of shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists
Report preparation
Ad hoc tasks

Skills and Qualifications

Business-level Italian and English proficiency
IT skills (email, Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills
