The Digital TIK TOK Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the brand’s Tik Tok strategy. This role combines creativity, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, in line with the company’s positioning and values.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the brand’s Tik Tok content strategy in line with overall digital and social media goals
Create, plan, and publish engaging Tik Tok content (videos, trends, formats, storytelling) with a strong fashion and lifestyle focus
Monitor Tik Tok trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates, translating them into brand-relevant content opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
Coordinate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors for Tik Tok collaborations and campaigns
Manage the Tik Tok content calendar and ensure timely publishing
Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, growth, conversion where applicable) and produce regular reports with actionable insights
Support paid Tik Tok campaigns in collaboration with media or performance teams
Ensure brand safety, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all Tik Tok content
Manage social media DM requests from customers and followers
Support the management of the other brand related social media platformsRequired Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a strong focus on Tik Tok
Proven experience managing Tik Tok accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of Tik Tok culture, trends, algorithms, and best practices
Proven experience managing META, GOOGLE, PINTEREST and multiple social media platforms
Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for fashion aesthetics
Experience working with creators and influencers
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into content optimization
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Experience with Tik Tok Ads ManagerPersonal qualities
Creative, curious, and trend-driven
Passionate about fashion, digital culture, and social media
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
