Il tuo ruolo

Sarai punto di riferimento per la gestione delle relazioni con studenti e partner internazionali, seguendo l’intero processo di iscrizione, supporto e comunicazione in lingua straniera.

Responsabilità

Gestione delle iscrizioni e del processo di on-boarding per studenti internazionali
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati, gestione documentazione
Comunicazione e assistenza clienti via email, telefono e canali digitali
Coordinamento tra reparti interni e interlocutori esteri
Supporto operativo alle attività del Dipartimento Internazionale

Requisiti

Diploma o Laurea
Ottima padronanza scritta e parlata di almeno una lingua tra inglese, spagnolo o cinese
Precisione, affidabilità e riservatezza
Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Office e delle piattaforme digitali
Capacità organizzative, problem solving e attenzione al dettaglio

Orario di lavoro: lunedì-venerdì, fascia mattutina (09:00–14:00) o pomeridiana (14:00–19:00)
