AIM Italy – Divisione Communication ricerca per la propria sede di Roma un/una

Communication Strategist con esperienza nel settore Healthcare e Pharma

da inserire nel team Service Design&Sales che si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Analisi dei brief e dei bisogni dei clienti in ambito healthcare e farmaceutico
- Definizione di strategie di comunicazione coerenti con gli obiettivi del cliente
- Redazione di progetti e proposte strategiche, integrando contenuti scientifici, creativi e digitali.
- Elaborazione e monitoraggio di budget di progetto, in collaborazione con il team Amministrazione e project management
- Preparazione di materiali di presentazione (strategic deck, proposte, report)
- Monitoraggio dei trend di mercato e delle best practice di settore
- Collaborazione con partner e fornitori esterni

Requisiti

- Laurea in discipline economiche, comunicazione e marketing
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli strategici, di planning o account management, preferibilmente in agenzie di comunicazione, consulenza o in contesti Healthcare
- Ottime capacità di scrittura e sintesi, con particolare attenzione alla chiarezza e alla precisione
- Competenza nella gestione ed elaborazione budget
- Conoscenza del settore Healthcare e delle sue specificità normative è considerata un plus.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare PowerPoint ed Excel)
- Inglese fluente scritto e parlato
- Capacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio
- Forte orientamento al problem solving e al risultato
- Ottime doti comunicative, scritte e orali.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari.
