We are looking for a TULPS Competence Center Officer The person will be responsible for:
- Direct contact with business structures that need to manage compliance deriving from the CONSOLIDATED LAW on PUBLIC SECURITY LAWS (TULPS), in relation to the management of armament material;
- Represent, if necessary, a point of reference also for physical security issues regarding the security measures typically provided for in the License prescriptions issued by the Prefectures;
- Ensure and guarantee the correct handling (in and out), also with the aid of company IT systems, of TULPS material within LDO establishments provided with a License;
- Manage all activities that ensure compliance with the prescriptions, imposed in TULPS licenses, concerning the security of the establishments;
- Manage the traceability obligations of armament materials entering and leaving LDO establishments;
- Review the Statement of Work (SOW) for the correct framing of armament materials for TULPS purposes;
- Contribute to the maintenance/updating, also digital, of the company's documentary corpus relating to the specific matter. Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or degree. Seniority: Junior Technical
skills:
- Knowledge of production processes and material handling;
- Ability to interact with internal business units and external institutional bodies (Prefectures, Police forces);
- Knowledge of the Consolidated Law on Public Security Laws (TULPS) and Law no. 185/1990 s.m.i. is a preferential requirement. Behavioral
skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Determination;
- Aptitude for working in teams or IPTs. Other:
- Availability for short national transfers (specifically for meetings with business UOs or at the Prefectures; function staff meetings). Seniority: Expert Primary
