We are a creative and production studio based in Rome, working across digital art, photography, video, illustration and 3D CGI for advertising and cultural projects.
Our work is rooted in visual research, strong production skills and a deep respect for the impact images can have on people and communities. We believe aesthetics, when crafted with care, discipline and intelligence, can contribute to personal and collective growth. For us, this also means taking responsibility for how and why we produce what we put into the world.
We are now looking for a Creative Producer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone independent, curious and grounded, who can manage complex projects while understanding both client expectations and the studio’s creative language.
You will be a key bridge between clients, creatives and producers.
What you’ll do
Manage projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, interpreting their needs, tone of voice and objectives.
Coordinate timelines, budgets, teams and external partners.
Anticipate risks, solve problems and keep productions on track.
Communicate clearly and confidently with international clients and collaborators.
Who you are
Comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility.
Strong at reading client psychology and translating expectations into clear actions.
Passionate about contemporary visual culture, art, communication and production.
Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
Experienced in advertising production across different techniques (CGI, video, photography, mixed workflows).
