Experis ricerca un Field Service Engineer per inserimento presso azienda multinazionale leader nella produzione di componentistica e sistemi di trasporto di energia elettrica, con particolare focus verso le energie da fonti rinnovabili e sostenibili

Responsabilità

- Eseguire attività di Service, identificare problemi tecnici e condurre analisi attraverso interventi da remoto o in loco in qualsiasi categoria di Service (installazione e messa in servizio, manutenzione, riparazioni, ingegneria e consulenza, servizi avanzati, estensioni, aggiornamenti e retrofit, servizi di fine vita, sostituzioni, ecc.);

- Contribuire alla soddisfazione del cliente eseguendo il lavoro di Service secondo l'ordine e le aspettative del cliente;

- Creare e mantenere una buona relazione con i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze; identificare nuove opportunità di vendita e comunicarle internamente;

- Coordinare, preparare e garantire la disponibilità e la qualità adeguata di tutti i materiali, parti ed equipaggiamenti necessari per le attività di Service;

- Preparare tutti i documenti e rapporti da firmare dal rappresentante del cliente; riportare tempestivamente il lavoro svolto e seguire quando necessario;

- Identificare proattivamente potenziali guasti delle apparecchiature e richiedere azioni correttive proattive;

- Risolvere guasti delle apparecchiature e fare raccomandazioni per evitare il ripetersi del problema in futuro;

- Fornire raccomandazioni alla direzione per migliorare le operazioni e il servizio clienti;

- Applicare le norme di sicurezza e le pratiche sicure, nonché le responsabilità ambientali;

- Segnalare pratiche non sicure e incidenti;

- Vivere i valori fondamentali di sicurezza e integrità, assumendosi la responsabilità delle proprie azioni e avendo cura dei colleghi e dell'azienda.
