ICTpiù, divisione Tech &; Digital di Lavoropiù, ricerca per società di engineering parte di un gruppo industriale strutturato, attivo a livello internazionale e operante in ambito manifatturiero, una figura di IT Specialist / Help Desk per la sede in provincia di Cuneo.

Posizione:
La risorsa sarà inserita nella sede italiana e lavorerà a diretto riporto dell’IT Infrastructure Manager, unico referente IT per più stabilimenti del gruppo. Il ruolo è fortemente operativo e strategico per il corretto funzionamento quotidiano dei sistemi IT, con attività di supporto agli utenti di ufficio e di produzione.
La popolazione IT gestita è di circa 140 utenti, comprendenti PC uffici, postazioni e hardware di reparto produttivo.

Attività:
Supporto IT agli utenti (core del ruolo)

- Supporto tecnico di primo e secondo livello a utenti di sede
- Gestione ticket (password reset, configurazioni, installazioni, problematiche HW/SW)
- Preparazione, configurazione e consegna delle postazioni di lavoro (PC, monitor, docking, smartphone, stampanti)
- Installazione e aggiornamento software aziendali, inclusi applicativi di produzione e qualità
- Manutenzione ordinaria di PC, notebook, stampanti multifunzione e dispositivi mobili
- Gestione locale delle infrastrutture
- Monitoraggio quotidiano di rete, access point, server e backup
- Segnalazione di anomalie a IT Manager (rete, server, sicurezza, telefonia)
- Configurazione e gestione operativa di switch di accesso, Wi-Fi e telefonia VoIP
- Gestione badge, accessi, utenze e gruppi Active Directory secondo policy interne

Supporto area produttiva / OT

- Supporto a PC bordo macchina, terminali industriali, touchscreen, lettori barcode
- Collaborazione con produzione e manutenzione per problematiche IT/OT (senza programmazione PLC)
- Supporto su software di stabilimento (MES, ERP, applicativi di reparto)

Manutenzione, monitoraggio e sicurezza

- Controlli periodici su antivirus, patching, aggiornamenti e backup
- Applicazione procedure di sicurezza in linea con standard di gruppo e requisiti NIS2
- Documentazione interventi e configurazioni

Asset, fornitori e progetti IT

- Aggiornamento inventario hardware e software
- Interfaccia con fornitori locali per assistenza e acquisti minori
- Supporto a progetti IT e attività di innovazione tecnologica (upgrade, migrazioni, nuove soluzioni)

Requisiti:

- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli IT Support / Help Desk / IT Specialist
- Buona conoscenza di: Windows 10/11; Active Directory (utenti e gruppi); Reti LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN (livello operativo); Stampanti multifunzione e periferiche; Telefonia VoIP
- Familiarità con sistemi di ticketing, gestione asset, patching e antivirus
- Conoscenza base di Windows Server
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Diploma tecnico informatico o titolo equivalente

- Modalità: attività in presenza (con interventi anche in reparto produttivo)
- Smart working: non previsto
- CCNL: Metalmeccanico PMI
- RAL indicativa: 35.000 – 40.000 €, flessibile in base all’esperienza
