We are a dynamic technology team committed to delivering innovative business solutions through cutting‑edge platforms like Pega. Currently we are working for a major Italian insurance company, also active in mobility, and have implemented an integrated Pega solution that manages sales and post‑sales of a mobility tolling service (e.g., highways, parking).

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in the design and development of Pega applications.

Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows.

Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications.

Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes.

Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.

What You'll Bring Along

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM field.

Minimum 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions.

Basic knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts.

Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI), configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions.

Problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or higher) certification.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English; Italian would be nice to have.
