- Legal Specialist We're looking for a Legal Specialist to join our BasicNet Group Legal department. Reporting directly to the Deputy General Counsel, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to partner closely with the business on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, they will collaborate daily with multiple business functions, providing legal support on key contractual and corporate topics. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build or further develop an in-house career. The position offers significant exposure to the business and the chance to progressively gain autonomy, responsibility, and ownership in the management of the company's legal affairs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
• Master's Degree in Law
• 1–3 years of relevant experience gained within a law firm and/or an in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with agency, distribution, and commercial lease agreements is a plus.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail. Contract Management
• Support the drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and filing of a wide range of commercial agreements, including agency, distribution, commercial lease, supplier, service, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Assist in the legal management of contracts related to M&A and real estate transactions.
• Ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and applicable legal requirementsLegal Support
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, consumer law, e-commerce, and intellectual property matters, under the supervision of the Deputy General Counsel.
• Assist the business in identifying and addressing legal issues arising from day-to-day operations.
• Support commercial and operational teams in developing practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
• Contribute to the drafting of legal documents, opinions, and guidance materials.
Compliance
• Support the monitoring of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare updates on regulatory developments relevant to the business.
• Participate in corporate governance and compliance projects across the organization.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal compliance processes.
Litigation Support
• Assist in the management of pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Coordinate activities with external law firms and legal advisors.
• Support the collection and organization of relevant documentation and monitor ongoing cases and disputes.
Business Partnership
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving legal and regulatory considerations.
• Build effective working relationships with business teams to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.
Risk Management
• Support the identification and assessment of potential legal risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation measures under the guidance of the Deputy General Counsel.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's legal and compliance framework. This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €30.000 to 35.000, plus a range of company benefits.
