Amazon Account Manager Per un'importante agenzia specializzata nella gestione e nello sviluppo di brand su canale Amazon Marketplace, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Amazon Account Manager, che avrà la responsabilità di gestire le performance di vendita dei principali clienti dell'agenzia su canale di vendita Amazon. Nello specifico la figura ricercata si occuperà di: - Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, comprendendone le esigenze e traducendole in attività operative e strategiche sui marketplace, soprattutto Amazon; - Coordinare le attività interne tra i diversi reparti (grafica, advertising, operations, logistica) e garantire l’allineamento sugli obiettivi di progetto; - Garantire il rispetto di KPI, tempistiche e priorità concordate, mantenendo una visione d’insieme sui progetti gestiti. Ci piacerebbe che la persona che stiamo cercando avesse i seguenti requisiti: - Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in ambito e-commerce o agenzia digitale; - Laurea o diploma in discipline economiche, marketing o gestionali. - Spiccate capacità analitiche e ottima padronanza di Excel e strumenti di reportistica, CRM e conoscenza di Amazon Media. - Buona conoscenza delle logiche di funzionamento del canale e di marketplace. - Preferibile esperienza con Amazon Seller o Vendor. - Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus. - Eccellenti capacità comunicative, organizzative e attitudine al problem solving. - Attitudine al lavoro in team, proattività e precisione.
