We’re hiring an Applied Psychologist to apply deep learning & psychology, storytelling and product design to craft experiences that transform users. You’ll work full‑time from Dubai, Paris, Lisbon or remotely anywhere.
YOUR MISSION
Learning Experience Architecture
– Own the full learning system from architecture to execution
Design the journey
– not just content and lessons, but science‑backed and captivating for non‑scientists
Script learning experiences
– engage heart and brain. Every word, exercise, soundscape transforms.
Ensure feature alignment
– Loops, PX agents, protocols, membership support ecosystem evolution
Craft premium, high‑impact course experiences
– both new courses and co‑crafted with experts
Lead end‑to‑end design
– strategy to final content delivery, copywriting, AI conversations, prompts, analytics, iteration
Data‑driven iteration
– define KPIs, iterate on courses using learner data
User obsession
– weekly user talk, patterns, transformation gaps, habit formation, self‑determination theory, behavioral triggers
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, Transformational Education)
Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results
Comfortable with AI tools, Figma
Portfolio of cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programs
Strong writing skills, aesthetic sensibility
User and impact obsessed, critical thinker, digital & AI savvy
French – native; English – fluent, written communication in English
