Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and curious HR Business Partner Intern to join the Human Resources team. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different areas of HR, working alongside experienced professionals and supporting activities throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be involved in both recruitment and day-to-day HR activities, developing a practical understanding of how Human Resources supports employees, managers and the wider business in an international and fast-paced organization. What You'll Do Working closely with senior members of the HR team, you will gradually take part in a variety of activities, including:
- Recruitment & Selection: support the recruitment process from CV screening and job posting to interview scheduling and candidate management;
- Onboarding: contribute to the onboarding and induction of new employees, helping ensure a smooth employee experience from day one;
- HR Business Partnering: support the team in day-to-day activities related to employee management and the different stages of the employee lifecycle, contributing to broader HR initiatives based on business and organizational needs;
- Training & Development: support the organization and coordination of training activities, including course scheduling, participant management and related follow-up;
- Employee Support: provide first-level support in managing employee queries and requests;
- HR Administration: support employment contracts, contract amendments and related documentation, maintain employee data and HR records, and assist with administrative processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with local regulations and internal procedures. The role will give you the opportunity to work on different aspects of HR rather than focusing on a single area, while developing an understanding of how the HR function interacts with the business and contributes to the wider organization.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working with different stakeholders and interested in starting a career in Human Resources within an international financial environment. Ideally, you have:
- A Master's degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of French and/or German as an additional language would be considered a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A genuine interest in Human Resources
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage different priorities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on and problem-solving approach
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
