Il Market Developer che cerchiamo sarà responsabile della gestione e del miglioramento della visibilità dei prodotti e dei brand Ice Cream presso i Concessionari attraverso attività di Negoziazione, Consulenza e Analisi nell’area di competenza (sell-out).

Questo ruolo NON si svolge in ufficio, ma consiste in attività operative finalizzate a garantire la corretta presenza dei prodotti Ice Cream sugli scaffali e sui materiali espositivi.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

- Implementazione di materiale promozionale per aumentare la visibilità dei prodotti.

- Coordinamento con la sede centrale per l’elaborazione di un piano strategico volto all’assortimento ottimale dei prodotti in store.

- Negoziazione degli spazi espositivi durante eventi promozionali.

- Valutazione degli effetti visivi e commerciali del posizionamento dei prodotti Ice Cream.

- Verifica degli incrementi di vendita attraverso i dati raccolti.

- Ricerca di nuovi potenziali punti vendita per il canale Out of Home.

- Supporto a progetti speciali e iniziative cross-funzionali con Marketing e Sales.

REQUISITI PER AVERE SUCCESSO

Competenze, esperienze e qualifiche

- Forte orientamento al risultato.

- Eccellenti capacità relazionali.

- Proattività, spirito intraprendente e mentalità imprenditoriale.

- Spiccata attitudine all’organizzazione del lavoro e precisione.

- Problem solving e flessibilità mentale.

- Dinamismo.

- Capacità di lavorare in team.

- Laurea triennale/magistrale recente in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini.

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2).

- Buone capacità di analisi e gestione dati e naturale inclinazione alla negoziazione.

- Possesso della patente B.
